At V-RUSH, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you covered with an easy exchange policy.
Exchange Window
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
What Can Be Exchanged
• Size issues
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong item received
Conditions for Exchange
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Refund Policy
• We do not offer refunds.
• All eligible requests will be processed as exchange only.
Exchange Process
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order ID and reason for exchange
3. Our team will arrange the exchange after approval
